Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Why does it only say "19.95 minutes" on the progress page? It's a little odd

Sorry--the timer on the practice page usually gets slightly out of sync with the time on the server. Rounding errors accumulate, and sometimes a couple reviews aren't saved if there is some connection weirdness. If you had refreshed the practice page after finishing your practice yesterday, the counter would probably have started at 19:57.
