Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

SYNC PROBLEM -JANUARY 2015

Hi.
I got such a problem - I can't SYNC. I am using IPAD MINI with IOS up-to-date. Each time I am trying to SYNC I get such a comment:
SYNC INTERRUPTED
TIMEOUT-RETRY

sometimes also:
REQUEST FAIL-RETRY
FAILED-SERVER ERROR.

It's already 2 days since I can't get it SYNC-ed... Anyone experienced similar problems? What am I supposed to do?

Same issue here. My iphone syncs just fine, but my ipad Air doesn't.

Similar issue here, but I don't have an iPad - it's my iPhone 4 that has been failing to sync - just looping endlessly through sync interrupted / timeout-retry for at least 6 hours.

Hello, during last 3 hours I have tried to SYNC a lot of times, always with the same result:
SYNC INTERRUPTED
TIMEOUT-RETRY

The last positive SYNC on my ipad took place on 27th of december 2014, 18:30.

iPhone 4s doesn't sync

UPDATE: The yearly backup scheduled for January 1st seems to have eaten up our file transfer quota for the day which is causing some sync requests on iOS to be denied. The quota is estimated to be reset at 2015/01/03 at 12:00am PST. That is just an estimate and the actual reset time may be slightly earlier or later, but things should start going back to normal around that time.
