Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Vacation

I guess becase in vacation time you are not able to access the net.

you could pay per month though, add cards, then study for one month (when you dont pay), then pay and add again...

That isn't really "going on vacation" from a Skritter point of view, is it ? I think being allowed to study after my subscription expired is very generous of the Skritter team. If anything would seem "strange" to me it is that option rather then the "vacation" option. Using the "vacation" option, another generous gesture, to push out the expiry date while still studying just wouldn't feel like fair play to me. Just my 2c :-)

I think it's a pretty good balance. If you could go on vacation and still review, people would be able to drag out subscriptions forever.
