Is there somewhere a sample page available. I´m of the type who likes to have much material, but I need a feel of the book and I certainly can´t do it in my hometown bookstore. Amazon, maybe? Put a gentle pressure to the publishers to send me one to value, I promise give my opinion for fellow skritterers. :)

Amen! I've heard so much about these books, but I've never seen a proper sample to justify shelling out $30. Even the sample on the publisher's website is just from the introduction to the book! It would be nice to see just 1 or 2 pages of the actual content, not to mention the table of contents to see the characters included, to see if it's worth it.

@atdlouis, if you want a preview of the book, you should download the sample at: http://nirc.nanzan-u.ac.jp/publications/miscPublications/Remembering%20Hanzi%201.htm
It has the introduction from the first books along with the a sample of the first 100 characters or so.

Finally! Though by the time it's released I hope to know enough characters to not need it.

There are reviews at Amazon that describe the books.

Great! I used Volume 1 to learn a lot. I'm far from knowing everything in there, but I can't wait to complete the set and see the new words.

Update: According to the above linked website, they were released in January.

Any plans for getting a list up on Skritter? I'm not planning to start in on this volume just yet - going to just keep up on my reviews and focus more on developing my speaking skills for a while- but it would be nice if the list would be there once I do. It saves a lot of time that I'd otherwise have to spend making my own list.
