Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

the best is 搜狗 (sogou), you can download it here - http://pinyin.sogou.com/ - because it will let you write many characters in one go whereas some others will only let you input one or two at a time.

Google's is almost the same - http://www.google.com/ime/pinyin/

If you wanna check them out there are a ton of other ones, just type in 拼音输入法 into google.
