Android app not working

Yomar   October 17th, 2014 2:16a.m.

The Japanese Android app gets stuck at "Assembling 132 K..." After this, it says:

Something went wrong. Check your connection and click reload.

This is perfectly reproduceable.

Hey Yomar, I just tried loading up a few Japanese accounts using my device and don't see the issue. I'm going to need a little bit more information so I can try to reproduce the issue. I do see a few error logs that appears to be from your account.

Assuming the errors are from you it says that you're using the latest version (0.66.2307) and running Android 4.4.2. So please correct me if that information is wrong.

What kind of Android device are you using?

Did you upgrade to the latest version or is this a fresh install from the Play Store?

Thanks! Hopefully I'll be able to debug and the issue resolved quickly for you.

I wanted to follow up with this post. We were able to track down the issue and fix it. You'll want to grab the latest update from Google Play. You'll also need to either completely uninstall the previous version or clear the cache/data.

Thank you for that! I did't even have time to respond to the original questions :D Yes, it's working now.

It does seem though that the Items Due number is not updated correctly, or at least not regularly.

Glad to hear the patch fixed your account download issue. I have another minor update that will be coming out next week that is going to be targeted at taming the due counter.

I'll be looking forward to that update then!
