Cannot add new words to list in Android app

Arkan La Sida   January 16th, 2015 9:04a.m.

Hi, just this last Tuesday I tried to make a new list and enter words into it through the Android app. I entered the words, tapped on "Add", but nothing happened. The list stayed on 0 words and nothing updated even after a few syncs.

Entering through web works just fine, though.

Hey Arkan, Sorry about that! I'll look into the issue. Can you send me a few words you tried adding via the Android client?

Well, I can't remember precisely, and I have entered them anyway, so maybe you can try entering some yourselves just fine, just to test. Do the precise words I entered really matter?

Try these:

素养
城镇
津津乐道
制度

I spent a bit more time looking into the issue and was able to add all of those words to a custom list. I tried adding them all individually and then using spaces between them. Since I wasn't able to reproduce the issue I'll need to get a bit more information from you.

Are you trying to add them individually or together using spaces? Which version of the app are you using (you can find this in the menu)?
