Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

deleting, and adding sections to, published lists

1. I made a list with a first section, intending to add more sections later. I published it then found that I can't add sections. Seems a shame if I can't share a list until I've added all the sections I'm going to add to it, which may take a while.

2. So I started again, creating the list again without publishing it. But I'd like to delete the first one that I published. Can I do this?

When I publish a list I get a popup warning "Published lists may not be changed or unpublished. Continue?" so I guess the answer is no unless the Skritter Gods have some way around it.

I've unpublished it for you.

The reason we don't let people edit lists that have been published is the system isn't very good at updating the other things (like which sections you've completed, what section you're currently studying, what sections words have been added from) that are associated with the sections. My next big project is to overhaul the backend though to try and make this work better so you guys can edit published lists.

Thanks. This site not only does its primary job very well, but also has pretty impressive response to user queries!
