Add vocab from pleco to skritter

What I do now is when I find a useful word in pleco, I copy it into a list in my notes app. Everyday I manually copy the words from the list and add them to a skritter list for me to study.
I'd love an option to save a word from pleco directly into a skritter list, or at least an option to import pleco lists into skritter.

What I do is that I bookmark the useful words in Pleco. Then once in a while I export all bookmarks from Pleco. Then I import it into Excel and copy only the left-most column containing just the words. From there I can simply copy-paste into a Skritter list. That should be a more efficient approach than manually copying word for word.

With that said, I would prefer an easier way to export from Pleco to Skritter. Ideally whenever I bookmark in Pleco it would be nice if it was automatically added to my personal Pleco skritter list. And if that's not possible, an "import Pleco bookmarks" option that just pulls all bookmarks from Pleco into a skritter list would be nice.

I do the same and it's a bit tedious. Would rather spend the time skrittering :)
A direct import of card files and/or selected words/phrases would be AWESOME
