Idea : Deeper Integration with Pleco in iOS

Nihao

how is your cooperation with Pleco working? I know that I can open a word from Skritter as a Pleco entry, but I really miss a feature there - to do it the other way round - saving a word from Skritter into my Skritter learning list with just a click. Now I need to:
- select the word
- copy it
- open Skritter
- open Lists
- open the desired list
- choose Quick Add
- paste
- save

It could easily work with a button like "Save to Skritter"...

Maybe this is an issue for the Pleco developers, but probably it needs your cooperation, too ;)

this has been discussed before. if you find a word that you would like to keep you add it to your words or flashcards in pleco.

then you export this list to your computerbrowser.

and now you simply create a new list in skritter and input the words which you exported from pleco.

cant be more simple if you have done it once.

It has been discussed before. I don't really think that method is very practical really. (I would want the words added immediately to skritter, not accumulate words then transfer them.

I'm pretty sure this is a feature they are planning to add in the future anyway.

We are indeed working on it, but everybody's a bit distracted (can't speak to that specifically for the Skritter guys but in my case it's primarily due to a month-old baby girl) - I don't think it'll make it into the Great Big UI Update, but should be in the flashcard-heavy update after that.
