Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

A new thread is a little easier if the bug isn't related to previously posted bugs. We're casual about bug reports; our bug tracker doesn't require much structured information and especially with these new bugs, we generally know what's where, so all you have to do is describe the bug well--no need for a template. If you want to, you can use the template you provided above.
