Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

I think it would be very interesting to see some specs on the Skritter users such as average time spent on skritter and characters learned as well as record holders.

The first thing would be part of the leaderboards we're planning and haven't gotten around to yet. There are a lot of members who study and learn just absurd amounts. It's pretty cool.
