Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

I've been taking Chinese for about 10 months, and I want somebody at around my level of experience to Skype and practice with me on a regular basis for maybe 30 minutes, once or twice a week. We're gonna suck, but thats how you learn!

Surely you'd want to partner up with a native speaker or teacher? Practising with classmates can be fun but I've found it perpetuates mistakes a little.

I'd suggest trying italki.com - you can find native language partners. Switch off English with Chinese for a set amount of time each...
