Lesson 23 is killing me!

Altaira   February 26th, 2012 2:14p.m.

I broke RTK Lesson 23 up into sections, but I can't seem to remember more than a third of the Kanji. I had been proud of my progress until now.

I feel stuck and discouraged.

End of whine.

It's a beast isn't it. I'm only about halfway done with creating mnemonics for it. I saw this problem coming so I have tried to keep a wide gap between the lessons I'm studying and the lessons I'm creating mnemonics for. But that gap is now quickly shrinking. I would recomend pausing the list so you don't get any new vocab while you create more mnemonics.

Thanks for the commiseration, ddapore99!

I did some extra studying before bed and I feel a bit better.

I think I will move on to the next Lesson and work on these hand/fingers/arm/elbow Kanji as they come up for review.
