Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

help please: just started with skritter. the intro was fun, but now that I'm here, what do I do? I made my first short list of words and saved them, but now can't find them again.

Go to 'vocab list' then under 'user made lists' and 'made by me', you should see your list. Click on your list and it will open. Click the green button that say's 'study list'. It may ask you a question about where in the list to start (click ok if you don't know) and then put you on the study page. Click de green 'study all my words' button and you should be on your way.
