Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

31 hours with 21 days studied? As long as 25 of those hours came within a stretch of 25 days then you got it.

It seems like there is a fairly good chance you got it, so congratulations! But if you didn't, then can't exactly start giving away prizes to everyone who almost made it. It seems that more people than expected were already keeping up with the challenge, and if most of those people want writing tablets it will be a pretty hefty bill for the company to foot. Adding more people that didn't actually complete the challenge (1) increases the cost to the company, and (2) lowers the fun of completing the challenge for those who actually did it.
