Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Export list of characters

This is probably more aimed at the Skritter devs:

I started out with skritter studying the Chinese 101, then moved on to HSK. At some point, I turned on the "Also Add Characters When Adding Words" option. This worked well while most things were still unfamiliar, but later on it caused too much confusion where the word and it's characters have similar but subtly different meanings. So I turned it off again and just learned the characters that came up.

So I am now in a position where I can write and recognise many characters that I don't know the individual meanings of. I'd like to start to add these in slowly now.

Is there a way to export the characters that I haven't added explicitly but that are parts of words I've added?

For reference to my account, an example would be 喷 (not added) as part of 打喷嚏 (added).

Thanks

I don't have an answer to the question, but rather a related question for skritter.
Does this "Also add character when adding word" exist also in Japanese? I just looked in the iPhone app settings and couldn't find it.
Thanks
