Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Deleted Lists

Wow, nice, so we're even able to restore Deleted Lists now.

Are you guys indefinitely holding on to those Deleted Lists, or do they go away at some point?

That's actually a feature we've had around for a while. Yes, deleted lists are held on forever (we might as well; since so many things are interconnected it's more of a hassle to delete things than to just keep them around).
